Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Nueralhook’s website, free tools, consultations, automated audits, or paid services.

What Nueralhook provides

Nueralhook provides website-analysis tools, automated and human-reviewed website audits, consultations, implementation work, and a configured website and response system. The exact deliverables, timing, and price shown at checkout or in an approved written scope control for that purchase.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, use only websites you own or are authorized to evaluate, and use the service lawfully. Do not use the service to probe private systems, evade security controls, upload malicious material, or interfere with other users.

Payments

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. A one-time audit purchase covers the number of audits stated at checkout and is not a subscription. The website and response system is a $297 monthly subscription for one local-business location with no setup fee. It renews monthly until cancelled before the next billing date. Messaging usage, advertising, SEO, and custom development are separate. Installation begins only after the business facts and required access are verified. If Nueralhook cannot accept the installation, the first payment is refunded.

Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly system through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. A cancellation request is effective when received and stops the next renewal if received before that charge is created. Portal cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Audit limitations

An audit is a point-in-time analysis based on the public website content and technical signals available when it runs. It is not legal, accessibility-certification, cybersecurity-certification, medical, tax, or financial advice. Results and recommendations do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, bookings, or any other business outcome.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your website and materials. Nueralhook keeps ownership of its software, methods, templates, and general know-how. You may use, save, and share the report created for your website for your own business purposes.

Availability and acceptable use

We may suspend access needed to stop abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or material violations of these terms. Features can change as the service improves. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid deliverables and communicate material service interruptions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nueralhook is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nueralhook’s total liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Ending service and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Terms applicable to an existing purchase will not be changed retroactively in a way that removes the deliverable you bought. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
