Warren Buffett Intrinsic Value Calculator
Buffett's preferred metric is "owner earnings" — net income plus depreciation/amortization, minus maintenance capex. This tool projects owner earnings 10 years forward at a growth rate you specify, then discounts back to today using your required rate of return. The result is a per-share intrinsic value estimate.
Owner Earnings = Net Income + D&A − Maintenance Capex. If you only have EPS + D&A/share, use that as a proxy. Buffett preferred this over reported earnings as it better reflects true economic earnings.
