Task Prioritizer

Add your tasks and rate each on impact (1–5) and effort (1–5). Tasks are sorted by priority score (impact ÷ effort) — high impact, low effort tasks rise to the top. Each task gets a quadrant label.

The impact/effort matrix (also called the 2×2 prioritization matrix) is used by product teams and consultants to decide what to work on. Start with "quick wins" — they give the most bang for your time.
