PACE Program Eligibility Guide

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is one of the best-kept secrets in senior care. It provides comprehensive medical care, prescriptions, dental, vision, adult day services, home care, and transportation — all coordinated by one interdisciplinary team — for people who would otherwise qualify for nursing home care. Many participants pay little to nothing if they have Medicaid.
