Loneliness Scale (UCLA)

The UCLA Loneliness Scale measures subjective feelings of social isolation — not how many people you know, but how connected you feel. Rate each item based on how often you've felt this way recently.

Loneliness affects 1 in 3 adults and has health effects equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes/day. Taking this seriously is not weakness — it is health intelligence. If loneliness is severe, please talk to someone.
