Exposure Hierarchy Builder

Systematic exposure — facing feared situations in a gradual, controlled way — is the most effective treatment for anxiety, phobias, OCD, and PTSD avoidance. A hierarchy (or fear ladder) lists your feared situations from least to most anxiety-provoking using SUDS scores (0–100). You work up from the bottom, staying in each situation until anxiety drops naturally.
