Corrective Exercise Guide

Corrective exercise addresses the root cause of movement dysfunction — not just the symptom. Each protocol follows the NASM model: inhibit overactive muscles, lengthen shortened tissues, activate underactive muscles, then integrate the pattern into movement.

Forward Head Posture
Head juts forward, tech neck, upper trap pain
Anterior Pelvic Tilt
Excessive lower back arch, weak glutes, tight hip flexors
Knee Valgus (Caving)
Knees track inward during squats, jumps, stairs
Shoulder Impingement
Pain lifting arm, internal rotation restriction
Overpronation
Foot arch collapse, ankles rolling in
Lower Crossed Syndrome
Lower back pain, weak core, sedentary posture
