This self-assessment covers the four core ADA compliance areas for small businesses: physical accessibility, digital accessibility, employment practices, and effective communication. Answer Yes, No, or N/A for each item to receive a compliance score and priority findings.

Physical Access (Title III)

Entrance accessible without stairs (ramp or level entry)?
ADA-compliant parking (1 per 25 spaces, 8ft wide + 5ft access aisle)?
Restrooms accessible (grab bars, 60-inch turning radius, lowered sinks)?
